Shipping policy

 

Parson Brown strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. All orders that are received via internet, telephone, or any other means are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders may be shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Parson Brown is not responsible for any transit delays that are out of Parson Brown’s control. In the event that a customer does not pick up a package after being left a delivery notice by the shipping company and receiving email notice from Parson Brown, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses involved in re-sending the item(s).
